Atempo provides the support needed to ensure our customers' success with our products and services. Basic support is offered through our extensive online Knowledge Base and Downloads pages, which provide user guides and answers to FAQs. Continuing support with our technical support staff is offered through our annual maintenance program, and Professional Services can be provided to assist with product deployment.

Atempo Annual Maintenance and Support Program
An annual support agreement can be signed at the time client licenses are purchased to ensure continuing support of our products from the time of deployment on. The annual support program includes access to:

• Full product documentation and feature improvement notes on Atempo's Downloads web page
• Atempo's extensive online Knowledge Base with users' support questions and answers, tips, and workarounds for up-to-date issues
• Updates, patches, bug fixes and maintenance releases incorporating new or improved features
• Atempo's full technical support staff which is readily available to field technical issues via email or telephone

Atempo Support hours are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST Monday through Friday (except major U.S. holidays).
24 hour support is available with Premium support package.
